I’ve worked with a lot of divorced (or nearly divorced) clients over the years. At one point, 70% of my transactions year were from divorces! Working with clients going through divorce is quite the challenge; just imagine, clients on different pages, different schedules, different moods. My training and experience working with this type of clients have allowed me to establish effective systems of simultaneously keeping both parties informed and moving things along towards the end game. The goal, after all, is to keep everything smooth and amicable while maintaining court costs to a minimum while netting my clients as much as possible on the sale of their properties with the least amount of frustration.
