San Tan Valley Welcomes New 600-Home Community By Meritage Homes
Another amenity-rich community comes to Arizona, this time offering energy-efficient and affordable homes in San Tan Valley.
Located near Highway 60 and Queen Creek Marketplace, Archer Meadows by Meritage Homes will offer 600 new single-family homes starting in the mid $200,000s which are available in three options: The Classic, The Estate and The Reserve. There will also be 12 floorplans to choose from in three-, four- and five-bedroom options between 1,200 and 2,500 square feet with select homesites enjoying RV parking and gates. Community amenities range from a pool, clubhouse, outdoor kitchen, disc golf course, playground, basketball court and more.
