Landsea Homes Building New Resort-Style Community At Harvest Queen Creek In Chandler, AZ

That's how Peter Beucke, Arizona division president of Landsea Homes, described the homes homebuyers can expect to find in Sonora Crossing, a new resort-style community in Chandler that his company is building. Sonora Crossing is Landsea Homes' second community in the greater Phoenix area.
Found in the southeast corner of Signal Butte and Riggs Road, the new community at Harvest Queen Creek will include 1,244 single-family homesites. Amenities include a 7-acre park that features a 15-acre lake, 45 acres of open space, permanent trails, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, play pool and a gathering pavilion.
