Come fulfill your candy fantasies in Chandler, AZ with Sweeties Candy of Arizona, the largest and sweetest candy store in the Grand Canyon State! Just picture nearly 13,000 square feet with over 75,000 pounds of candy and over 4,000 different types from more than 170 manufacturers- its' mindblowing! Wrapped and unwrapped, assorted, separated by individual colors, there are even sugar-free candy, every flavor of Jelly Belly, Mexican candy, plenty of unique items- they even have bottled sodas and one of the largest PEZ selections! They have some of the friendliest and helpful staff around too no matter how jampacked the store gets!

You might even be surprised if you come across a candy you haven't seen in years or have totally forgotten- or discover a new favorite!

Think Wonder Ball, a hit with kids growing up in the '90s. It's a delectable chocolate shell filled with candy shaped like pop culture characters. It was discontinued around the middle of the 2010s only to be brought back by Frankford Candy, and this time it features popular contemporary characters like the Minions.

According to its Yelp entry by its business owner Mike Manzo, the family owned and operated company traces back its roots to 1950 when brother-in-laws started Bag-A-Sweet Candy in Parma, Ohio. Starting out in a little two story garage as a re-bagger of bulk candy servicing over 250 stores, the company was sold to the current owner in 1982. A decade of success followed marked by the opening of 10 additional retail stores in malls across NE Ohio under Joey's Candies, named after the owner's son. The early 90s saw Bag-A-Sweet closing all retail stores to return to wholesaling and changing its corporate name to b. a. Sweetie Candy Company Inc. Thus, Sweeties Candy retail store was born.

They then decided to expand with a second location in 2010 in Chandler, AZ as Sweeties Candy of Arizona, with its current location as of 2016 nearly 3 times the size. Its massive selection also includes products from a Arizona businesses, like Cerreta Candy Company in Glendale, Rainbow Cotton Candy in Tempe, Cactus Candy Company in Phoenix and Say it With Chocolate in Chandler.
